Apart from breaking Shields (which we have every time), these new bosses also require you to interrupt their Ultimates
If they successfully cast their Ultimates, they will recover their Shields, and immediately down all active characters, ignoring shields.

Fixed the problem of v1 Mavuika's Nightsoul state Phlogiston consumption being negative.
