Since AS was introduced, the buffs that increase DMG dealt by specific abilities (e.g. Normal ATK DMG increase, Ultimate DMG increase) are all independent multipliers. For example in the current (3.1) AS there is one for Normal ATK in the 1st Node and one for Skill/Ult in the 2nd Node.
In 3.2 AS there are also two such buffs, one for each Node. However, both of these are not independent multipliers but only ordinary DMG increase.
The description text for the buffs before 3.2 and in 3.2 are exactly the same, but their effects are different.
