The full-screen narration played at the end of the 2.2 mission:
Whispers carried the tale of those fateful 48 system hours, when a sun teetered on the precipice of collapse, a paradise stood on the brink of destruction, and a world was poised to surrender to its new master. Amidst it all, a body decayed, a pack of vultures gathered, and a brother and sister were doomed for eternal separation.

In 2.5, "eternal separation" was changed to "long separation."

I just found an Archon Quest reward in the data, meaning that there is 1 AQ Act in 5.2. The one I posted earlier is not a placeholder.

From the IDs it seems like 1504 will be Act 6, the only Act in 5.3.
There is no 500 Primo reward in 5.2 (already mentioned in the 5.0 livestream), and the line counts for Act 5 are relatively lower, so there isn't that much story content in 5.2. The main event of 5.2 is in Natlan though.
