Shush is a bot created by the Void Archive
Void Archive was kicked out of the Express, and he named this bot after the last thing Himeko said to him
Shush returned to the Express to convey Void Archive's apology. The Express members allowed it to stay, but it cannot leave the Express Meeting Car
It suggested that the Meeting Car be renamed to Party Car, and volunteered to be the drinksmith.

The Express Meeting Car was originally meeting place for other factions in the universe, but has been unused for a long time.
Now it's the Party Car, a cafeteria and bar, and sometimes used for meetings & board games.
