When an enemy unit's Weakness is Broken, reduces their DEF by 20.0%.
The actual effect is:
When Lingsha is present, all enemies' DEF reduces by 0%. When they are Weakness Broken, the 0% changes to 20%.
This means that if you have Lingsha E1, you can always trigger effects that require characters to attack DEF-reduced enemies. After all, a 0% reduction is still a reduction.
For example the Lightcone "Before the Tutorial Mission Starts". Silver Wolf can trigger the energy regen even with her Technique. That's even before the battle really starts.
However the 0% DEF reduction does not count as a Debuff. It only becomes a Debuff after being upgraded to 20%.
